Over the past 30 years RPM has represented Bankruptcy Trustees, individual and business debtors, and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court.

John P. Pringle was appointed to the Panel of Trustees for Bankruptcy for the Central District of California in 1996 and serves as a Bankruptcy Trustee.  He has also been appointed Chapter 11 Trustee in several cases.

RPM has also successfully represented Trustees in appeals from bankruptcy orders and judgments.
