Probate, Trusts & Estates: Extensive experience in probate, trusts and estate planning, probate and trust litigation, including many multi-million dollar estates.

Business Organizations: Extensive experience in the formation and representation of corporations, partnerships, LLP’s and LLC’s, including litigation.

Real Estate: Formation of Limited Partnerships for developments, easement and ownership issues and related litigation.

Environmental Law: Extensive experience in environmental law, including representation in civil actions alleging discharge of pollutants, CEQA and land use.

Appellate: Extensive experience before Appellate Courts including appearances before the California Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Municipal Law: Extensive experience in municipal law, including serving as city attorney and special counsel.
