Areas of Practice: Toan is a Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the California State Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization. He represents Chapter 7 trustees, debtors, creditors, and third parties in all phases of bankruptcy litigation. He has litigated numerous adversary proceedings and contested matters in the Bankruptcy Courts and the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.

Affiliations: Member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan. Former member: James T. King Bankruptcy Inns of Court, Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum and Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.

Toan is a founder of the Ronald Reagan Library Scholarship Foundation, which provides scholarships to high school seniors. He values giving back to his community with the same passion he brings to representing his clients. He serves as an active leader of several State and Local Attorney Bar Associations and other professional organizations.
