He has litigated numerous adversary proceedings and contested matters in the Bankruptcy Courts and the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.

Toan is a founder of the Ronald Reagan Library Scholarship Foundation, which provides scholarships to high school seniors. He values giving back to his community with the same passion he brings to representing his clients. He serves as an active leader of several State and Local Attorney Bar Associations and other professional organizations.
